The holographic microscope with spectral labeling of the studied objects finds application for the visualization, measurement, and study of micro objects, including living cells and cell cultures at the cellular and subcellular level. A set of diode lasers (1, 2, 3) with different wavelengths, operating in continuous and pulsed generation modes, is used to illuminate the objects. The device consists of six separate channels, two of which are for parallel holographic recording of two anti-phase interference patterns obtained by overlaying the magnified images with reference signals, and the rest are for the spectral labeling of the studied objects.
