The device for stabilizing the interference pattern is intended for integration into a holographic microscope using a diode laser as a source of coherent light. Stabilizing the interference pattern is necessary to eliminate the influence of external factors (temperature changes, thermal expansions, and others), and thereby to improve accuracy in the measurement and study of micro objects. This is achieved by the device integrated into the holographic microscope, which consists of photodiodes mounted relative to the central part of anti-phase interference patterns at one of the outputs of the terminal optical splitters/reflectors (9b, 9v) (on the transmitted or reflected light after them), in the second of which (on the reflected or transmitted light after them) two-coordinate photodetecting devices (12) are mounted. The photodiodes (16) are electrically connected through analog-to-digital converters (18) to a controller (19), and from there to the power supply unit (2) of the diode laser (1). The stabilization of the anti-phase interference patterns is accomplished via the implemented feedback by altering the supply current of the diode laser, compensating for changes in the interference patterns caused by temperature variations, thermal expansions, and other factors.
