Abstract

An electronic control device with analog modulation for a semiconductor laser provides energy-efficient power supply and control for one or more laser diodes, powered via a suitable adapter from the mains or external rechargeable batteries. The device enables high-speed modulation of the brightness of the controlled laser diodes using an analog signal, achieving a modulation rate of up to 500 kHz.
