Abstract

The magneto-sensitive element contains two identical rectangular semiconductor wafers with n-type hopping conduction- first (1) and second (2), parallel to each other, formed on a third wafer (3) of the same semiconductor with p-type conductivity . On the upper sides of the wafers (1 ) and (2) and at equal distances there are two rectangular ohmic contacts, parallel to their long sides - first (4 ) and (5), and second (6 ) and (7), all perpendicular to the long sides of the wafers ( 1 ) and (2). Contact (4) of the wafer (1) and contact (7) of the wafer (2) through load resistors (8 ) and (9) are connected to the end terminals of a low-resistivity trimmer (10), the middle point of which is connected to one terminal of the current source '(11). Contact (6) of the wafer (1) and contact (5) of the wafer (2) are connected to the other terminal of the current source (11). Contact (4) and contact (7) are the differential output (12) of the element, and the measured magnetic field (13) lies in the plane of the wafers (1), (2) and (3), and is parallel to the long sides of the contacts (4), (5), (6 ) and (7).
