An electronic controller for managing an industrial laser monitors the operating temperatures and humidity within the industrial laser and controls the intensity of one or more laser diodes, the cooling power and direction of one or more thermoelectric modules, as well as the activity of fans and heaters in the industrial laser casing. The electronic controller monitors and, if necessary, modifies the output power of the laser diodes and actively pumps the heat generated by them to the main heatsink of the industrial laser. The rate of heat transfer, as well as the operation of the fans and heaters, are regulated by a microprocessor in real time to maintain an optimal operating temperature.
